Nasty Juice Vape Customs Clearance Checklist for Austria Trade Buyers

Freight options from Shenzhen to Austria

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Shenzhen Yantian and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Compliance is handled before dispatch, not after arrival. Every nasty juice vape carton for Austria leaves with the document set the destination requires - GMP paperwork, ingredient statements and battery transport reports where applicable.

Landed cost planning for Austria buyers

Be wary of quotations far below the normal band. They usually reflect downgraded cells, weak e-liquid or untested mix-grade stock — the kind of saving that returns as returns, chargebacks and lost regulars. Our pricing is competitive but never at the expense of batch quality.

Air parcels can split from sea freight for urgent Austria launches: a small parcel fills the shelf while the main volume follows at sea freight rates.

Practical checklist

• Confirm destination regulations and required certificates before ordering
• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base
• Keep the trade desk contact on +86 13711127975 for reorders and claims
• Register batch codes on arrival for first-in-first-out rotation
• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day
• Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins

Storage and shelf life at your Austria warehouse

Shelf life is typically 18 to 24 months from production under proper conditions, and every master carton carries the batch date. We ship fresh production rather than aged stock, which gives retailers the full selling window and makes seasonal planning straightforward.

Nasty Juice Vape stores well, but simple discipline protects shelf life. Keep cartons in a cool, dry warehouse away from direct sunlight, avoid stacking pallets above the marked limit, and rotate stock first-in-first-out so no unit sits past its best window.
