Nasty Juice Vape Customs Clearance in Iraq: Field Notes from the Trade Desk

Packaging standards for export cartons

Counter display units are available for most lines: branded CDU trays that hold the flavor range in one neat block, with flavor cards that help customers self-select. Retailers using CDUs report faster basket decisions and fewer staff questions.

Retail presentation for nasty juice vape starts at the factory. Single units are sealed in foil pouches or blister cards with tamper-evident marks, grouped in inner trays of ten, and loaded into five-layer export master cartons that survive long-haul handling.

Landed cost planning for Iraq buyers

Minimum order quantities are designed for trade: typical entry at 2,000 units, with mixed-flavor cartons available so first orders are not forced into a single profile. Volume tiers usually step up at pallet and container quantities, where per-unit savings become significant.

Wholesale nasty juice vape pricing sits in a wide band depending on specification — roughly $3.90 per unit on typical ready-stock lines, with aggressive tier reductions as quantity increases. Quotations always separate unit price, packing and freight so buyers can see exactly what moves the number.

Payment terms for Iraq accounts follow a simple path: bank transfer with a deposit for new buyers, and milestone terms for established accounts running container programs. Current terms are confirmed in writing with every quotation.

Storage and shelf life at your Iraq warehouse

Recommended storage temperature sits between 15°C and 30°C with humidity under 65%. E-liquid exposed to prolonged heat can darken and lose top notes, while cold storage below freezing can compromise seal integrity — ambient conditioned space is ideal.

Packaging is engineered for the journey to Iraq: five-layer master cartons kept under 18kg, molded inner trays, and stretch-wrapped pallets with corner protection for container loads. Thin cartons are a false economy the factory does not offer.

Stock availability and dispatch from Shenzhen

Production begins with incoming inspection: cells are sorted for capacity and internal resistance, e-liquid batches are verified for nicotine content and density, and structural components are checked against the approved sample. Only released materials reach the nasty juice vape line.

Finished units are coded by production date and line, foil-sealed or blister-packed, and grouped into inner trays. The coding is what makes end-to-end traceability possible — every returned unit can be traced back to the exact batch of cells and e-liquid.
